At WackoBaze, we take intellectual property rights seriously and follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our site without permission, here’s how you can request its removal.
How to File a DMCA Notice
- Send us a written request that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized representative).
- Details of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed. If it’s multiple works, you can send a list.
- Clear identification of the material you want removed, along with enough information for us to locate it on WackoBaze.
- Your contact details (name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement confirming that you genuinely believe the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information you’ve provided is correct and that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice (For Content Owners & Promoters)
If your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notification. It should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Details of the material that was removed and where it originally appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if you’re outside the U.S., the court where WackoBaze operates).
What Happens Next
- Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we’ll quickly remove or block access to the reported material and notify the person who uploaded it.
- If a valid counter-notice is submitted, we may restore the content unless the original complainant takes legal action within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringers
In line with the DMCA, WackoBaze may suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly violate copyright rules.
